Tell the seller what happened and why you are requesting a refund. The reasons why you want a refund can be a lot. For example: A seller has sent you the wrong size clothes, handbag stinks, item doesn`t match with product details, size table is different than the real item.
Upload Evidence (Optional)
All fields with a red asterisk must be filled, but attachments are voluntary. In case your package even did not arrived yet, so you do not have what to upload there. But if the size doesn`t match with size table in product information or Christmas lights do not work, take a picture and video of everything. Take a picture of t-shirt with ruler and provide evidence with printscreen of size table of seller`s product details. You are entitled to a full refund of money! Upload photos via the Browse button, you can record a maximum of three photographs, each of them must not exceed 2 MB. Video can be recorded only one with a maximum size of 500 MB, by the button Add Video.

I have requested three different products from a store all of which are still stuck in china customs , i have opened a dispute for one of them but for the others it has been giving me system error for the past two days … whats the problem with the system ,, i have read that it is intentional.. is it possible ?
