Once you confirm that the goods arrived to your home, Aliexpress will ask you to give them feedback. It serves as a guideline for other shoppers. I think you follow it too, when you shop. So do not forget to give a feedback. In domestic e-shops shoppers also give a review that most other buyers read.
You can give the feedback as soon as you have confirmed the delivery of your goods or leave it for later, if you need to try the goods first. You find the option to write a feedback in My Orders or in menu My Aliexpress – Manage your Feedback. Both work after confirmation of the delivery.
Choose the goods you want to write the feedback about and click on Leave Feedback.
How to write a feedback?
You will see the name of the goods and right below you see a total of five gray stars. According to your satisfaction, consider how many stars you choose.
The feedback can be:
- negative (0-2 stars)
- neutral (3 stars)
- positive (4-5 stars)
In the next section, you can also add a short note in English. Write whether the size, material and overall condition of the goods is good. You can also upload an image of the item through the Upload Pictures button.
There is a question about size of the goods:
- Too small
- Perfect
- Too big
You can also fill in your height in cm and weight in kg.
Detailed Feedback is there for more detailed information about the shipment. Again, fill in as many stars as the seller deserves.
- Accuracy of product description – how product information corresponds to the reality of the goods
- Communication with the seller – how quickly the seller responded to messages, if there was a tracking number etc.
- Shipping time – how was the delivery time of the goods, fast, slow or very slow
You do not have to fill in all the boxes. Once you’ve filled in, just click on Leave Feedback in the orange frame. By confirming that the review was done correctly, this green tick appears.
Once you try it, it’s really fast. This whole procedure will not take you more than 1 minute.

I have order one teashirt on march but not received yet however i contact the seller via chat they said good. delivered so i am so disappointed sent many.messages but not given any positive answers so i lost my trust on it as well as i lost my money
The best would be not to lost trust, but to learn how to shop on Aliexpress. The most important is to see protection time (https://www.alimaniac.com/how-to-shop-on-aliexpress/24-purchase-protection-for-buyers-on-aliexpress/) and of item is not delivered (what really in some cases might happen) than you need to open dispute (https://www.alimaniac.com/tag/open-dispute/). We have never lost any money in 10 years of making purchase on aliexpress. Best would be to read few articles on our website, which will help you a lot.
Too bad one cannot write a review taking into account RELIABILITY (considering the plethora of products that work great at first, but fail withing weeks), because aliexpress disables review writing after 30 days.
One therefore mostly gets reviews that show the product as received and upon first installation, but not how it works out after several weeks of use.
Not very useful.
Needless to say, I was disappointed finding this out after having written an extensive review within the 1000 character limit, with many pictures, that showed real-life performance of the product.

Very bad to not allow reviews after 2 years.
E.g. products like LED lamps, where we expect 10 years life and stop to work in just 1 or 2 years, should be possible to be reviewed only then …
this is not possible on Aliexpress, but also not possible on almost all shops.
This is a joke, send you damaged goods,run you around and then give you a little money back!!!! Leave bad feedback and you will be blocked out of your account!!! BS
